The Newsletter in 2024 - Reflect, Grow, Act

Get your Exclusive Christmas Gift Inside

Hey there, it's Ramzi

If you're getting this, you subscribed through my socials or downloaded one of my templates. We're already 826. Thank you πŸ™.

It's been a while. I've been busy wrapping up the year and preparing what I wanted my content to look like next year.

My thoughts are clearer. But why would you care?

Now hold on until the end. To close the year, I want to give you β€” and myself β€” a final gift 🎁.

I am on the coast of Portugal, and it’s a great sport to reflect πŸ‘‹

What will the System Club be about in 2024.

To be honest, I started this newsletter without being clear on what I will write. It started off as the ClickUp Club.

Then I thought, "Who the f**k wants to receive updates about ClickUp twice a month in their inbox?"

I will focus on three areas instead.

1. Action

In other words, productivity. As talking about productivity is talking about quality action.

My definition of productivity is satisfaction with what you do, rather than doing a maximum of things.

I'll be sharing products, hacks, and automations I've discovered that align with my idea of productivity.

2. Growth

Nature is designed to grow and expand. I see having a growth mindset as essential. The things I do today are entirely different from what I did last year.

I'll be talking about tools and ideas that make me grow and reshape myself, hoping they can help you too.

3. Philosophy

Don't worry, It won't be philosophical essays on stoicism β€” for now. I will give my take on what it truly means to seek my truth instead.

I will connect it as much as possible with tangible actions to help you through your journey.

Here's a diagram.

It kinda makes sense, no?

β†’ You grow through the lessons of life.

β†’ You seek for your new truth.

β†’ You act upon it.

If you want to stick around, you'll get an email to grow, act and reflect every 2 weeks.

Now, about your Christmas Gift.

I have been doing yearly reviews for the last three years. Every year, I try a new template.

They all have the same problem: they're long, very long.

The Dickie Bush and Nicolas Cole Yearly review is 30 pages, Talk about holiday rest…

Last year, my yearly review took me three hours. They ask you to fill 30 questions. You feel obliged to have an answer to everything.

That's quite intimidating.

So this year I've decided to create my own framework.

I've distilled the best from thinkers like James Clear, Tim Ferriss and Napoleon Hill into the Simple Yearly Review.

It's concise: past, present, future – three bullet points for each question.

It took me half an hour to do mine. I was able to focus on what matters the most, which is the depth of my responses.

This brought me gratitude, clarity, and optimism. And I believe it can do the same for you.

Here's the link to the template. Try it out, and if you're willing, share your thoughts with me.

Enjoy your holidays.

Spend time with loved ones.

See you next year.
